Finish: Cement / lime base top-coat with natural oxide pigments. A protective water-based sealant was rolled onto the walls to protect the finish ("Grano-Glase", from Granosite). It's expected that the colour and pattern will slowly develop over time, thus creating a unique patination that charactirise this type of hand-crafted render finish.

Substrates: 75mm Masterwall cladding on timber frame for all upper-floor areas, Brick on ground floor.
